VolkerHighways is working on a ten-year highway maintenance, major projects and professional services contract with Luton Borough Council. It is part of the Department for Transport’s highway maintenance efficiency programme (HMEP).

The contract will help to deliver annual efficiency savings and significant value for employment, training and skills for Luton.

The team is bringing together its wealth of highways knowledge to provide highways infrastructure disciplines, from design to routine and reactive maintenance as well as lighting and winter gritting.
