Our Installing Excellence quality behavioural programme aims to improve our operational approach to our works activities by following three pillars:

By focussing on developing and improving our quality culture, we believe that getting the basics right and reinforcing our right first time approach to work, reduces rework and the risk of incidents and accidents.
