We’re committed to investing in our apprentices’ growth, working alongside experienced employees to gain skills and knowledge, as well as receiving classroom-based learning through a formal college programme, to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

What apprenticeship levels we offer
Each apprenticeship level corresponds to increasing responsibility and qualification, preparing apprentices for various careers in our industry.

Level 2
Equivalent to GCSE level (grades 1-3 or below), focused on foundational knowledge and skills.

Level 3
Equivalent to A-Level or equivalent qualifications, providing technical skills and preparation for mid-level roles.

Level 4
Equivalent to higher education diplomas or certificates, preparing for senior roles in technical fields.

Level 6
Degree level, offering a bachelor’s degree and/or professional qualification, preparing for specialised and leadership roles.
